We will hold any lost-and-found items for a period of four weeks. Any items not picked up within that time frame will be donated or discarded. If you have lost or left an item, please call 442-281-8963 and one of staff members can check to see if it is here, and when the best time is to retrieve it. We are not not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We are very serious about protecting personal and financial information. Credit Cards and any type of personal identification lost or left will be kept in the Manager’s office, under lock and key, for a period of 72 hours after which time it will be destroyed by cross-shredder. Please note that an official and valid picture ID is required to pick up all credit cards and that we cannot release them to any person other than the cardholder regardless of relationship or verbal authorization. We WILL NOT mail any credit cards or personal identifications.
